We guarantee 100% live delivery of poultry paid for. Please examine the poultry at the time of delivery to be sure they arrived in good condition. Every effort will be made to replace your loss. For orders less than 14, we will reship replacements once. If there are any issues after that, we will need to issue a refund. PLEASANTLY PLUMP POULTRY PARTNERS MUST BE NOTIFIED BY PHONE OF LOSSES WITHIN 4 DAYS FOLLOWING THE HATCH DATE FOR THIS GUARANTEE TO BE VALID.

EGGS
We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations for hatching eggs. Because of the nature of shipping eggs THERE IS NO GUARANTEE ON HATCH RATES. Your hatch rate will be from 0%-100%. Please purchase only if you are willing to assume the risk of shipped eggs. Due to the nature of dealing with live hatching eggs and bio-hazard risks that could be associated, we do not accept returns on our hatching eggs.
Shipped eggs often travel across multiple states in a truck. A wide variety of things can happen along the way, all of which are beyond our control.
We allow up to 7 days in transit. If your eggs are in transit longer than 7 days, you may contact us, and we will send you a fresh set. If your eggs are delivered within 7 days we consider this to be normal and acceptable.

We ship eggs on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday so eggs don't sit in the post office over the weekend. We ship eggs through USPS, sent Priority Mail. All packages are insured through the United States postal service.
HEALTH CONCERNS
Live poultry can be a source of potentially harmful microorganisms; therefore, precautions must be taken when handling and caring for them, to prevent fecal/oral transmission among people. Adults must supervise children when they handle poultry to make sure they do not put their hands or fingers into their mouths. Do not keep baby poultry in the family living space. Always wash your hands with soap and water after handling poultry.

The seller's liability for any reason whatsoever shall be limited to the amount paid for the goods or services claimed to be defective, and that in no event shall Seller be held liable for any consequential or incidental damages. By acceptance of the poultry, the Buyer acknowledges that the limitations and disclaimers herein set forth are conditions of the sale, and constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding warranty or other liabilities and the remedy therefore.
